I have forwarded an email about openings in MindTree for freshers. I didn't know that there was another id for Job postings so i sent it 'macmates'. If the moderator can forward such emails to 'macejobs' until it become popular it would be a great help to freshers and other job aspirants.

Thanks for the posting Prince Manuel.It is true job postings are useful to freshers and that is for the reason we have seperate macejobs egroups.The egroup macejobs@yahoogroups.com is for this purpose. Post all job opportunities to this id. No membership is required to post to this group.
The main reason to keep macejobs and macemates egroups seperate is that we dont want macemates egroup to be a job postings forum(we had feedback from many alumni on this query)
So please continue your good work of posting any job related mails to macejobs egroups for the benifit of those interested.

Hi MACE moderator,
I posted two messages on guest book which are removed, why are you guys unable to answer my questions, as this could be happening to other students too. why are you removing my listing even though I am an alumni of this college.

We regret the inconvinience caused.
It might have happened while moving the database from macemates.com to macemates.net.
We were having lot of porting issues especially with the service provider.
We are trying to bring all the maceians together and to make the network across the globe and have no intention whatsoever to hurt anyone.
